Design Qualification

  • Defines the functional and operational requirement and specification of the equipment and details the conscious decisions in the selection of the supplier.

Installation Qualification

  • Confirms that all the equipment was installed to specifications. All of the model and serial numbers are documented.

Operational Qualification

Verification of operator control feature, safety features, software feature, Stan by feature with alarms action.

Performance Qualification

Confirms that the equipment working within operating range at stipulated product load.
